- Cancellation within 3 days: You may request a full refund if you cancel your life coaching service within 3 days of the initial purchase or first session, whichever comes first.
- Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the service after the first session, you may request a refund of the remaining sessions within 5 days of the first session.
- Unused Services: If you have pre-paid for multiple sessions and decide to discontinue the service, you may request a refund for any unused sessions, provided the request is made within 30 days of the initial purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable:
- Completed Sessions: Refunds will not be provided for any sessions that have already been completed.
- No-Shows: If you miss a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours’ notice or showing good reason, that session will be considered completed and non-refundable.
